Prepared by our master Mountain Chef (and lead instructor) right in front of you, we guarantee you a steak experience that no restaurant in the city can offer.
Each steak is cooked over axebreaker Ironwood charcoal fire imported from Central America and infused with Texan mesquite wood chips for a rich and decadent explosion of flavors. Each serving is finished with a touch of maple-wood smoked Norwegian sea salt and paired with a glass of complementary Stag’s Leap Merlot to cleanse the palate so you never tire of the symphony of flavors.
